We have had several calls from people where they have payments showing as Kingsclere Parish Council on bank statements.

One caller has called their bank who told them it was actually Kingsclere petrol station. The caller confirmed they had spent that amount at the petrol station.

The petrol station have been contacted and are trying to sort this out.

Update: the garage management have been investigating and the accounts with problems seem to be with Nationwide.
